Raise Up

That's right, I'm in North Carolina this week. But I am keeping my shirt on and getting a real helicopter.

Sometimes I am uncomfortable saying that I'm from the South, but right-wing religious conservatism aside, Dixie (and I am referring to the Southeast, sans Texas) definitely has its charms. Consider:

1. Sweet tea
2. Sweet tea
3. Warm weather
4. Exceedingly polite and laid-back people (at least on the surface)
5. Cute girls working at Arby's

Okay, so that last is an isolated incident from tonight in Charlotte.

But if only this region were socially progressive and racially diverse, it would be... My god.

...even though they didn't hire me. And granted, they did buy out Blogger rather than develop it themselves.

But seriously, look at this place. No ads, clean interface, customizable, and of course, free. I didn't think I'd ever get back to blogging.
